thanks, this setup is GREAT for me. way better than with xinerama, where the
first window for a given tag is spit in the middle and too wide to use.

it'd be great if the above-mentioned bug were addressed; i suckmore at C, but am
going to take a peek anyway since the overall amount of code is relatively small.
