There are no workspaces in wmii or dwm. So the patent is not
relevant to wmii or dwm. There is only a single workspace (we
call it view).

Tell the Redhat/Novell people that if distributing KDE/Gnome
scares them, they should consider using dwm/wmii as
alternatives, because they don't violate this patent.
