 Don't do this. The point of rc.wmii.local is that it only contains
whatever customisations you want to make on the original rc.wmii. In
this case, all you need is a rc.wmii.local that reads like:

WMII_TERM=(urxvt)

 (wmiirc users, on the other hand, ARE advised to copy their
$PREFIX/etc/wmii-3.5/wmiirc to ~/.wmii-3.5/wmiirc and edit it their to
customise things.
