 Nope, afraid not. Both interesting ideas though. I've given some
thought to some syntax for a) like MOD-p, tmp:liferea, but I don't
think there's a good way to do so without losing dmenu's substring
matching. Maybe a MOD-Shift-p which runs dmenu twice (first for the
tag then for the app) would work, but it seems somewhat awkward. Plus
there's no real way to implement it without a race condition, but oh
well.
 b) is just... well, sometimes you want the focus to go to the new
window, sometimes you don't. I don't have any compelling ideas here.
