Yes, that is intended, because this yacc depends on two
yaccpar(s) files for parser generation which location is assumed
in PLAN9/lib/ respectively PLAN9/yacc. That's why I don't install
p9 yacc (because we need it only to build awk, rc, grep, sed, ...)
