[wmii] snap: 20060413

Changes:

- moved /view/<tag(s)> to /, instead /view points to the
  currently viewed tag, this means that /view/ctl is /ctl
  again, and that all valid file names in / are not allowed as
  tag names (they are bar, client, ctl, def, event, and view)
- removed 'retag' command - seemed cumbersome, instead all
  clients which contain the 'nil' tag or contain no tag yet (new
  clients) will be used to apply /def/rules if a new client is
  created, or /def/rules has been written (ie at startup)
  This also means that the /def/rules order has changed as
  follows:
  /XMMS.*/ -> ~
  /Gimp.*/ -> ~
  /.*/ -> !
  /.*/ -> 1
  Because rules are only applied if the associated client has no
  tags yet or the 'nil' (internal fallback) tag, the last rule
  should be used as default rule, and the rule before the
  inheritance rule
