But you can already do that (more or less) with a wmii-4 snapshot, using
tagging rules and column rules. Just set your tagging rules to tag your
browser with "www" and your xterms (or whatever) with "work". Then, set
the column rules to "100" for "www" and "50+50" for "work". This will
keep your browser in one column, and the second application started with
a "work" tag will automatically start to a second column. This has the
advantage over a static arrangement that a single "work" application
gets full screen until you need to start another.
